Evaluation

Our show social challenge went very well and was successful. Everyone played their part right and we really worked as productive team. The audience and tv liked the show as well in technical aspects. It ran for about 20 minutes which is just on time which is really good. 

I believe i did good for my role, which was being in control of the sound. My roles including fading the sound down for example fading the intro music down as the lights go up at the start of the show. My other role was to keep all the levels correct and not too high over wise it would make the sound very muffled in the recording. I also set the levels to the correct levels before the show started.

I have learnt so much from playing this role, this will be very beneficial in university. For example if we are doing work that involves sound i can use my knowledge learnt from college to help me. I went out of my comfort zone in this unit because at the start of the unit my role was camera but i thought i would broaden my horizons by going out my comfort zone and doing something completely different. Furthermore i ended up doing sound which i got training from. So this whole unit was very educational and beneficial at the same time. I really enjoyed it, it made me feel like we were in an actual tv studio doing professional work.
